A beautiful home located in historic Lansingburgh, NY.; Downtown Troy 3 miles, Albany 10 miles, Saratoga Springs, Massachusetts and Vermont 30 miles. The setting is urban, eclectic, with grit. If you love history, architecture, art and antiques you'll love this place. If you are looking for a serene, upscale setting, this isn't the place for you. This home, built around 1825, is being restored in phases. Dog friendly. Private Baths, Central Air, Wi-Fi, Roku Guest access Street parking is readily available. There is a bus stop within 50 steps of the B&B which takes you to downtown Troy (3 miles) with many dining options, and on to the Amtrak Station. Uber is available. There is a great old school Italian restaurant 3 blocks down the street, a fantastic Mexican spot 2 blocks down, fast food and shopping options a few blocks up the street. Peebles Island State Park, with miles of trails, as well as the Waterford river front, with boating options, are a reasonable hike away.
