This apartment is located on the first floor of the building and boasts sea and city views from the huge bay windows in the lounge. The space Coast is located on the first floor of the Chymes and contains a modern kitchen, open plan living and dining room, chic bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen has been newly installed for 2021 and includes a Nespresso coffee machine (don't forget your coffee pods!), kettle, toaster, induction hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, fridge/ freezer, and dishwasher. You'll find the balcony entrance at the end of the kitchen, making it ideal for those bistro-style breakfasts. The living and dining room is full of chic coastal themed décor. You can spend a lazy morning or cozy evening snuggled on the couch watching Netflix or Disney+ on the Samsung Smart TV. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with custom cushions and a throw made from recycled plastic bottles (yes, really!). You'll also find a iron and ironing board for your convenience. The bathroom is split across two levels, to allow for extra privacy. There is a walk-in shower with glass screen, backlight mirror, heated towel rail, and separated WC. Guest access Coast contains a private forecourt free for guest use, making it the perfect place to park during your stay. Alternatively, there is free on-road parking available. At the end of the road, you'll find buses to take you directly to Blackpool or Lytham town centre. Within St Annes Town you will find the train station with rail links to Preston. The beach can be found within a 30 second walk of Coast, and we find it takes a 3 minute drive to get to St Annes centre, 10 minutes to Lytham, or 15 minutes to Blackpool town centre. You can find a launderettes, award-winning Italian restaurant Un Momento, The Haven fish and chips, and newsagents right around the corner of Coast.
