A sunny little bungalow with minimalist chic decor, newly fitted kitchenette and bathroom, just 300 metres uphill from the beach. With two bedrooms, a family of 5 can stay here or a group of friends. Just metres walk from an excellent family-run local taverna, and with two fantastic beaches to chose from you've got all you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The space You are free to use all parts of the property and the shared grassy garden. There is another identical beach house on the property so you will see other guests, but you have your own private veranda and the garden is big enough to share. You also have access to 120m2 yoga deck. Guest access We have a washing machine metres from the property that you can use. Other things to note One bed room has a single bed and a bunk bed, so can fit up to three people but usually this suits 3 children better than 3 adults. They are however all standard single size beds (90cm) Please also note that as of March 2024 and according to Greek law, all rental properties are obliged to impose a tax named 'Climate Crisis Resilience Fee'.
