The space The cozy and very sunny apartment is composed on the first floor of an entrance, a large living room with a sofa bed (two beds), an equipped kitchen, and a table and chairs. An internal staircase leads to the second floor (with an attic roof) where there is the double bedroom illuminated by a large window positioned on the roof and one on the wall, the wardrobe room with a table and chairs where you can work or study (with high-speed wifi connection) and two bright windows. Finally, the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. The apartment is located in a quiet area, but close to all services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops of various kinds). You can reach the main tourist attractions with a 15-minute walk along the lagoon, or in 5 minutes with public boats, the nearest stop is just 7 minutes away. The Biennale is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Guest access During their stay, guests will have access to the entire apartment at any time for maximum comfort. In the apartment you can take advantage of the following services: TV with large flat screen (smart TV and USB sockets), free WIFI (high speed), air conditioning (on each floor), heating, fully equipped kitchen with kettle, oven, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, iron and vacuum cleaner. Other things to note The Municipality of Venice has established an entrance fee to the city of Venice on certain days of the year. Minimum 2 nights. 10% discount for stays of at least 7 days. The reservation for 2 people includes the use of a double bed (bed for 2 people located on the second floor). Guests who make a reservation for 2 people and also wish to use the sofa bed (double) located in the living area can request it. In this case, there is an additional cost of €15.00 (one-off). Please contact me if you would like the additional sofa bed. In case of booking for 3 or 4 people, the double bed and the sofa bed will be provided at no cost.
