Bluebell Cottage - Up to 7 people

Bluebell Cottage is a charming self-contained timber cottage accommodating up to 7 guests. Set in a quiet area overlooking a large expanse of Australian bush, with formal gardens to stroll through and enjoy. Many native birds and wildlife visit the property. One of our guests described it as a luxurious tree house. NB PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR LONG WEEKENDS, THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ALSO A MINIMUM OF 4 GUESTS. FOR EASTER A 4 NIGHT MINIMUM APPLIES WITH A 4 GUEST MINIMUM The space The living area is open plan and opens on to a large deck overlooking the garden and the tall Australian native trees sway to and fro when there is a breeze. The cottage has 3 large bedrooms 2 queen beds and 2 king size singles. We also have a very comfortable fold a way for that extra guest. There is an ensuite attached to master bedroom and another bathroom with a spa bath and toilet. Both bathrooms are heated and all beds have electric blankets. A split system air conditioner is available in the living area as well as ceiling fan. Additional fans are available in bedrooms. Guest access Bluebell Cottage is completely free standing and guests have total use of the whole property. There is a covered carport and a long driveway which can accommodate 3 cars with off street parking. We do not allow pre organised parties to occur at Bluebell Cottage and any evidence of this happens guests will be reported to their booking agency Of course this rule does not apply to a few dinner guests. Other things to note There is an information folder containing places of interest to visit in the beautiful World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains and many bush walks, golf courses, excellent restaurants and cafes all within close proximity to Bluebell Cottage. Good supermarkets are situated in Leura and Katoomba. Please note that there are 2 security cameras - located in the carport and front verandah. Registration Details PID-STRA-7252
