Waratah Retreat Cosy beach house

A leisurely 250m stroll to the pristine sandy beach Waratah Retreat is nestled on a lovely treed rise with water views. Cool in summer and cosy in winter its a house for all seasons. The space Waratah Bay is an exclusive beach community with only around 100 houses plus a caravan park. It's where the bush meets the ocean and has an amazing array of wildlife. A stroll along the beach will always reward you with something interesting from the ocean. The beach is very safe with no real undertows or currents. It's a very gradual slope so is quite shallow with small surf. Great for a swim with the family or a game of beach cricket. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. We are not on site so you have the place to yourself. Waratah Retreat is dog friendly so your fur babies are more than welcome. The backyard is fully fenced (basic farm fencing) and we have an undercover lockable deck for the comfort and safety of your pet. Dog/water bowls can be found in the cupboard under the laundry trough and there is a dog poo bin situated in the ground in the back left hand corner of the yard for easy clean up. Other things to note Linen is not provided so you will need to bring your own please. We have a minimum of 7 night bookings for any school holiday periods however we may be flexible depending on timings so don’t hesitate to ask. Fire wood is stored in the green shed at the front of the house along with some beach equipment. Hi speed unlimited Starlink WiFi is available and it is suitable for most work from home applications. There is also a smart tv so you can watch all your favourites by logging into your own Netflix or other accounts.
