Located in the hidden gem of the North Shore of Long Island, Wading River, this comfortable private artist’s cottage is a short 3-minute walk to the beautiful sands of this under-crowded Long Island Sound beach. Rentals over 30 days available. The space Your accommodation is an 8 room cottage in a quiet Wading River beach community. There are 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 comfortably. Additionally, there is a full size blow up mattress that is appropriate for someone less than 150 lbs (68kgs). There is also fully finished basement which can function as a second living room with couch and tv and full bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Towels for the shower will be provided to you. The kitchen is equipped with a gas 4-burner stove with a griddle, a microwave, and a toaster. Additionally, there is a Keurig machine to make your morning/afternoon/evening coffee as well as a tea kettle for our tea drinking guests. And newly added milkshake machine. You will have frying pans, various size pots, and the normal cooking utensils to use at your disposal. There are enough place settings for 8. The basement has a washer and dryer for you to use. You will also have an iron and ironing board. In addition to the space inside, you will have full access to the beautiful private space outside which includes an outside dining area with a propane BBQ.
