It comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The space In the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, this absolutely quiet apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a Haussmannian building. The apartment comprises a large living room opening onto a balcony. This balcony, with its small table, overlooks the Jardin des Carmes, which is totally protected from traffic. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed 160x200cm and a private bathroom and a huge dressing room. The other two bedrooms, with 160x200cm and 140x190cm beds, shares a shower room with no toilet. The main toilet is separated from the shower rooms and located at the entrance of the apartment. This is a magnificent and pleasant apartment for a family stay in Paris. Very close to the elegant Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. On the lively Rue de Rennes, the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés is very close. Art galleries and charming cafes nearby. The best place to live at the rhythm of Paris and the Left Bank.
