The mini split heating & air unit is very quiet and efficient. The modern Victrola is a radio, plays cd's, tapes and is bluetooth compatible. The owners live on the property, enjoy their privacy and are respectful of yours. There is a shared driveway with your parking spot leading directly into the private rock garden area. Guest access The cottage is stand alone. Private with shared parking. To set the mood… Your parking spot leads directly into the rock garden surrounded by trees, sitting area with water feature and grill. Steps away is the covered porch with hammock, small table and chairs with an unobstructed private view overlooking the Northeast Cape Fear River. Oversized sliding glass doors lead you inside the cozy cabin with a 400 sq ft. open concept floor plan. Space created with lots of reclaimed wood and reimagined items. Books to read, artwork to enjoy….The queen size bed is nestled in a nook. Seating with loveseat- sleeper sofa, reading chair, chest of drawers, small tv with roku,and combination radio/cd player blue tooth compatible. Fully stocked kitchen is separated with bar counter with 2 chairs, toaster over, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker with filters, salt, pepper, refrigerator freezer, electric stove/oven, sink, dish soap, sponge, towels, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils. Bathroom includes sliding door for privacy, walk in ceramic/glass shower, towels, toiletries, shampoo/conditioner/ body soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Closet to hang and store belongings, iron and ironing board. Our cottage was built with love to welcome friends, family, and guests to enjoy the magic of the bluff.💖 Other things to note My husband and I live on the property with our 50 lb mutt named “Tender” we have created private space for both the cottage and our home. Good chance we will not see each other, although we are happy to engage with our guests if they like. Barbecues welcome on the cottage outdoor gas grill.
