Nice house in the historic center

House located on a quiet street in the medieval center of Saint Céré, close to restaurants and shops, 100 m from Place du Mercadial and its half-timbered houses. Ideally located to visit the main sites of the region: the abyss of Padirac, the sanctuary of Rocamadour within 30 km, the most beautiful villages in France: Loubressac, Carennac, within 10 km. You can also enjoy the many hiking trails, go down the Dordogne by canoe... The space The house is built on two levels. It includes two slightly steep stairs (see photos): the first to access the living room/kitchen. The second to access the bedrooms. The first floor offers a living room/kitchen of about 30 m2 and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a combined microwave oven, a gas hob and all the necessary utensils. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV, a small library with hiking routes, local magazines, novels... Please note, the house has three sleeping spaces but only 2 are real bedrooms completely closed, the third is open to the staircase that goes upstairs. Each sleeping area includes 1 double bed. There is a child safety fence at the top of the stairs. On the ground floor, you will find a washing machine and space to store bicycles, strollers... Services included: - WiFi access - cleaning products - basic cooking ingredients - bed and bath linens The cleaning is not charged, so please return the premises in a good state of cleanliness.
