P'tit paradis cinema, spa & terrace overlooking Ventoux

Hello everyone, We are Sara and Vivien, We offer you our entire house, which we have been improving for several years, including its spa patio and terrace with a unique view of Mont Ventoux, the plain and the foothills of the Luberon. In the heart of the fortified enclosure of the Provençal village of Courthézon, it is ideally located in this beautiful region, surrounded by vineyards and 10 minutes from Avignon. Welcome to our little paradise! ;-) The space !!!!! The cinema set will no longer be available from the end of June !!!!! Our house can accommodate up to 6 people. Outside: - Terrace with wonderful view, outdoor lounge, modular table - Patio with balneo-luminotherapy bathtub (2 people / period from April to November approximately) Inside: - Two bedrooms: + 160 x 200 cm bed + 140 x 190 cm bed Storage cabinet and dressing area in each bedroom - A large living room with a 140*230 sofa bed The living room is a movie theater with a video projector and screen built into the ceiling. Standard "Blu-Ray FHD" + "DolbyAtmos" + "3D" Take the opportunity to bring your favorite movies and discover them intensely!! - A kitchen with gas stove, coffee machine, kettle etc... We also provide you with a compartment of the wine cellar (8 bottles) to store your bottles of "Grand Cru" freshly purchased in the many surrounding cellars. - A bathroom, a sink - An office area, a dressing room and shoe storage in the entrance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Many free parking lots are available nearby (within 300 m) throughout the village. Located in the center, in a quiet street in the heart of the fortified village and close to all shops. The train station (400 m) takes you to Avignon in 10 min, ideal for the festival!! Many possibilities to eat or shop in the village: supermarket, sandwich shop, restaurant, small shops... WiFi is free. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We feel that the house is not suitable for small children, especially because of the stairs. Bathroom linen (bath towels/bath sheets) and toiletries (soap, shampoo) are not provided. Only bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows), dish towels, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper are provided. Guest access Upon arrival, we advise you to stand in front of the entrance to drop off your luggage, you will find in the entrance the guide/manual to show you the various parking spaces if there is no space on the street. Please do not park in front of the garage exits on the street. The guide/manual normally allows you to be autonomous in the house. However, we are of course available if you have any questions.
