Apartment house with garden in the Sierra de Madrid

The space Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance to Mataelpino, a small town that forms part of the same municipal area as Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen and dining room that is heated in winter with a pellet stove, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a portable electric radiator. In summer, it is very cool, as a large part of it is built into the rock. The apartment has a private, exclusive, fenced-in garden area with a barbecue, a table and chairs, and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. This is a quiet area surrounded by nature, with many trails and paths for walking and unwinding. We will be delighted to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation. Guest access The apartment is a 10-minute walk from downtown Mataelpino and has two bus stops in front of it that take you to Plaza de Castilla (724) and Moncloa (672). The pool area is part of our garden, therefore one of the common areas in summer. The apartment's garden area is exclusive to it and is fenced off and separated from the common garden.
