Private room attached to Architects' garden studio

This room is a private, with a Queen-sized bed, large cupboards with hanging and shelves, and either a desk or couch (guest preference). The bedroom leads off a lobby with a bathroom off it (shower, toilet and basin). Beyond the lobby (beaded screen for privacy) is an entrance which serves both the room and our Architectural studio. The studio operates weekdays from 9am-5pm and in that time the kitchenette and bathroom are shared with the 2-3 people who work there. The space After hours and at weekends the entire space is private, so the situation is ideal for someone who is working or studying. There is a plan on the photos that shows the layout. The building is on the same property as our home, we share a gate entrance, and there is a spare garage. We have a lush garden and pool, and 2 lovely dogs. Guest access Guest can access the garden and by arrangement, the pool, and the kitchen in the house which is fully-equipped. There is also a laundry which guest can use. During your stay We usually come to an arrangement with our long-stay guests that we share meals in the week, taking turns to cook and contribute and eating at our big table in the house, and sharing stories. From Friday to Monday everybody does their own thing mealwise. We are happy to interact with guests and give local advice and recommendations. Other things to note Given the shared nature of some of the facilities, and the studio space, things work out best when everyone communicates well and respects each others space. The kitchenette is equipped with the basics plus an airfryer, microwave and Nespresso machine.
