Modern-style house in the Capo Plaja district, a quiet area 7 km from Cefalù, ideal for those seeking relaxation and wanting to stay away from the city. There is a swimming pool, a large garden, a BBQ, a ping pong table, and access to the private beach. The space THE HOUSE - Il Villino is a house on one floor, it has an open space with a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom (the main one) with walk-in closet, a second bedroom that can have two single beds or a double bed by joining them, two bathrooms with shower and in one there is a washing machine. At the entrance of the house, there is a convenient closet for leaving your luggage. All rooms have air conditioning. The garden around the house is full of olive trees. There's a pool. There is a large concrete and steel BBQ. The house is easily accessible from the highway exit, which is just 1.5 km away. SWIMMING POOL - The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests is 3.5 x 10 meters wide and 1.20 meters high and has a comfortable solarium. PRIVATE BEACH - A few steps from the house is the private beach, a very intimate place to sunbathe, swim in its cool waters, fish from its cliff, do yoga and see the sunsets. PUBLIC BEACH - 200 meters away is the long Salinelle beach (the first part is considered Capo Plaia beach) where you can take endless walks or jog. SUPERMARKET AND RESTAURANTS/PIZZERIAS - We have a supermarket, 2 restaurant-pizzerias, a wellness center and a water park nearby for the entertainment of the little ones. CEFALU' - We are always 7 km from Cefalù, so when you want to take a tour of the beautiful tourist town, visit the Cathedral, stroll through the streets of the historic center enjoying a good ice cream, eat in one of the different restaurants overlooking the sea, in a moment you have arrived. Other things to note SWIMMING POOL - The swimming pool is regularly open from May to October, and also in April upon request. During your stay, I will come to check and clean the pool two or three times a week, early in the morning so as not to disturb, but we will agree on the days and time together at check-in. TOURIST TAX - According to the law from art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23/2011, guests are required to pay the relevant tourist tax at check-in, and it is my responsibility to collect it. The tourist tax to be paid is €2 per night per person, for the first 5 nights, in cash at check-in, children from 0 to 12 years old are exempt, e.g. 3 people including 1 child of 10 years old, for a stay of 7 nights, will have to pay €20. PHOTOGRAPHY OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree no. 79 of May 23, 2011), art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree no. 79 of May 23, 2011) and art. 19 bis of Legislative Decree no. 113/2018, at check-in I am obliged to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled in, i.e. a sheet with a summary of the booking data and signed. AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and so I don't want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°C, and leave the air conditioner on when you are not in the house. At 24°, the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When it's as hot outside as it is in summer, if you set the temperature below 24°, the air conditioner can't reach it because the difference is too great, instead what happens is that the air conditioner works under strain and produces a lot of water that doesn't drain well and instead comes down from the split causing damage to the furniture (or doors) it encounters. WASTE - At check-out you will need to dispose of the waste in the appropriate area that I will notify you of at check-in. You can also dispose of waste during your stay. CRIB AND TABLE SEAT - Upon request, you can have a crib and table seat. Keep in mind that the crib cannot fit in the bedrooms because there is not enough space. It is also forbidden to move the bed, you risk damaging the wall or the bed because there is no space. FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, from the photos of the listing you cannot see the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were recently installed at the end of the season.
