The space Free WIFI, 3 bedroom, 2 storey with a split system airconditioner on each floor. This is a basic self contained house. Scandinavian designer bathroom, marble dining table, kitchen and living room with King Furniture leather lounge are on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher, Smeg gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, Nespresso machine (BYO pods). Essentials including shampoo, body wash, coffee and tea will be waiting for you to help you get settled. Bedroom configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed + single bed (upstairs) Bedroom 2: Double bed (upstairs) with views of Sydney Tower and the city skyline Bedroom 3: Single bed and child size floor mattress (ground floor) Bedrooms have blockout material curtains. NOTE: 1. STAIRS ARE STEEP. Stairs are the original Victorian style which are steep with short treads so can be difficult for people with limited mobility. It’s newly carpeted and my 3 year old has no problems using it. 2. COMPACT SMALL HERITAGE TERRACE. This is a historical terrace in the middle of Sydney, next to Darling Harbour and University precinct so is a compact space with tight bedrooms. This is not the Hilton 5 star hotel, however we provide an equipped home with all the essentials to keep you warm, clean and comfortable. 3. Fits four people comfortably. Extra people will feel more cramped. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time.
