BNB Cozy Homestay @ Cyberjaya (Garden & 10pax)

A modern and comfortable double-storey townhouse (on the ground floor) suitable for 10 guest. Features a comfortable living space spread over 2 floors with a spacious private garden for outdoor experience. The house is well furnished and well lit house to provide comfort and homely feel to guests. Swimming pool just 2 mins walk from my house. Short term & long term guests are welcome to stay. The entire development is guarded and gated. Strictly no event / parties allowed. Quiet hours from 10pm The space * Fully furnished house * Outdoor garden (with garden table) and BBQ pit * Foosball table * All 4 bedrooms and living room equipped with airconds * Parking space - 2 reserved carparks provided. If you have additional cars and need overnight parking for those cars, please let me know at least 2 working days earlier as I need to register with the management office and obtain approval. Registration with management office can only be done during office hours. Additional 3 cars can be registered. * WiFi and smartTV * Basic cooking facilities in a well furnished kitchen * Washing machine available in the house * Self check-in with keys in lockbox * No events / parties allowed * Quiet hours 10pm onwards Guest access The entire duplex townhouse can be accessed by guest. There is a swimming pool and sports centre within 2 minutes walk from the house, within the same communal compound. Other things to note Only 2 carparks provided - First car can be parked right in front of the house and the Second car to be parked at my reserved carpark. Overnight visitor parking (up to 3 cars) available upon request at least 2 working days before your stay as management approval is required.
