We have 5 ft swimming pool (6m x 4.5m x 5ft), two huge fully-airconditioned rooms, sofa beds, open kitchen area, and a very spacious garden area which is a perfect spot to chill or do movie marathon using our projector. We also have billiards and darts for amenities. Booking Tip: We have lower rates for Mon-Thurs :) The space Our 2 spacious guest rooms can accommodate 10pax. We can accept max number of 15 pax but our beds will be for sharing only. First room: 1 king-sized bed 2 sofa beds 1 CR Second room: 1 sofa bed 2 double bed 1 double deck 1 CR Living room: 1 CR Outdoor Kitchen and CR - We are approximately 3 hours away from Manila and our place is 20 mins away from SM City San Pablo. Nearby tourist attractions: - Sampaloc and Pandin Lake - Liliw (Esmeris Farm, TFF Pizza Paradise) - Sulyap Café, Casa San Pablo - Villa Escudero - Foodpanda/Grab food delivery apps are also available in our area. Booking Tip: Our rates are lower during weekdays (Mon-Thurs) Rebooking Fee: Php 1000 🔴 Second floor and second house are offlimits for caretakers’s space. This has separate entrance. Guest access Guests will have the entire first floor of the villa and swimming pool for themselves. Second floor has separate gate and is restricted for owner’s area. Other things to note - Upon check in, there will be Php 1000 security deposit charge to the caretaker. This will be returned before check out time. - Guests should clean the dishes/utensils before the check-out time. - We charge 500/hr for the early check-in and late check-outs (Subject to the availability of the schedule) - Maximum of 1 potty-trained pet is allowed for free. Extra charge of Php 500 in excess - Strictly proper swimwear attire such as bathing suit and spandex clothe - Turn off the lights when not in use - We practice contactless interaction with our guests - Water in the swimming pool is NOT heated, temperature depends with the weather - Mineral water, silverware, basic cookware, and charcoal for griller are provided. - Bring your own personal hygiene products (towel, soap, shampoo etc.). You can also request towels to the caretaker with additional charge of Php 50/pc. - Bring floaters for your kids, we have electric air pump that you can use in the guest house. - Strictly NO smoking inside the house, penalty of Php 1000. - Rebooking Fee: Php 1000 - Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
