Our house with the terrace upstairs offers a view of Lake Veerse. The house upstairs is made of wood making it a cozy warm house with possibilities. With a pellet stove, sauna, separate playroom, veranda and a large garden with lots of privacy. Located on the edge of the Veere Meer 5 min. walking distance and close to the North Sea beach 10 min. car. Kamperland is the largest city in North Beveland, and has become an ideal holiday destination for water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers. The space The space The ideal family holiday home. The house consists of a living room, dining room with open kitchen on the second floor overlooking Lake Veere, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. This house is also very suitable for staying in winter as there is a sauna and large indoor playroom with several storage rooms. Upstairs: In the living room there is a pellet stove, TV (wifi/Netflix/Disney) and comfortable sofas to enjoy by the pellet stove after a wonderful beach walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo machine, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 has a double bed of 180cm (2x90cm), its own sink and shower. Bedroom 4 is a room with bunk beds and wardrobe. Bedroom 5 is more furnished as a children's room with a bunk bed of 90/200 cm. Downstairs: Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 180/200 cm (2x90cm) and private bathroom next to the entrance with bath, shower in bath, toilet and washbasin. Through the French doors you will enter the bedroom on your own patio where you can enjoy a beautiful garden. In this room there is also room for 1-2 cots which can be booked. Downstairs and has a double bed (2x90cm). This room contains a desk of 120x90 cm so that you can have a nice workplace if necessary. Next to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom with 2 washbasins, a shower and a toilet. Downstairs is a playroom with a table tennis table and a shuffle box. Plus the infrared sauna (4 people) is present. The storage room has a washing machine and dryer. In the storage room is a camping cot (3x) and high chair so we can offer our smallest guests a pleasant stay. Outside on the terrace is a gas BBQ which you can use. Other things to note - Mandatory deposit 200 euros to be paid before arrival - Tourist tax 2.00 euros per night - Dogs: 5 euro a day per dog. - Sheets and bedding are NOT included in the price. The beds will be made and the cost is 10 per euro person ( required) - Towels are NOT provided, but can be ordered separately at 8 euros When making your booking, indicate how many people you are coming with and whether dogs are coming with you. The deposit, tourist tax, any pets surcharge and bed linen will have to be paid in advance. Total amount will be passed on in advance so that it can be transferred by bank. Bookings from 10/3/2023 will include bedding. PM: if earlier arrival or later departure than request and cost 150 euros.
