Cliff top peaceful neighbourhood with amazing views over the sea from all directions. The room overlooks the garden at the back and is very quiet and is very private. The house is spacious and has a large open plan kitchen/dining area. You are welcome to prepare breakfast/lunch if you're tidy and considerate :) In spring and summer wild flowers grow abundantly, and the undercliff walk is 3 minutes from the house with spectacular views and rock/chalk reefs. You can swim at high tide or rock pool at low tide. Amazing sunsets. Very peaceful residential area, with walkers and fitness enthusiasts as well as nature lovers. Cafes and shops within 10 min walk and end of the road there is an excellent bus service into Brighton (20 min ride) or Newhaven/ferry/Seaford/Eastbourne other direction. Guest access Kitchen available for drinks/snacks (but not meal cooking) and dining room, back garden and front terrace. Shared bath/shower but private guest toilet.
