The space You will have exclusive use of the entire home for you and your family/ friends and colleagues to enjoy. Its perfect for a home base so you can hit all the Gold Coast attractions, or you can choose to stay in and relax the days away in the peace and tranquility of this home. Your in walking distance to the hub of surfers paradise , the Hota Centre for all your entertainment needs. The G Link is a 10 minute walk which will take you to all the major shopping spots like pacific fair, casino and direct links to the Brisbane airport train line and bus connection to the gold coast airport House Sleeps eight people. We have provided comfortable relaxing beds so you are guaranteed a restful sleep. Bedroom 1 - King bed with En suite Bedroom 2 - King bed with En suite Bedroom 3 - King bed with En suite Bedroom 4 - Two Extra long Single beds (On request Bedroom 4 can be made up as a king). (All linen is provided) There are four bathrooms in total, three ensuites and one main bathroom. * Laundry with washer and Dryer * Four smart TVs throughout (You will just have to log in with your own log in.) * Unlimited Wifi * Fans, Air conditioning and heating in all rooms * Secured Parking for three cars and also offers road side parking * BBQ * POOL (towels for the pool are provided) * Private Pontoon Jetty with boat ramp near by for your use. * Fully equipped Kitchen and dining with all appliances * We have Security cameras on the outside of the premises ONLY. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper etc. ( Once this is used up it is up to the guests to replenish for the rest of your stay) WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY SCHOOLIES Or DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS Also please take in account that the house is situated in a residential area and on the water and noise does travel. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and boat pontoon throughout your stay. On arrival i will meet you at a certain time confirmed to show you through the house and hand over keys. On checkout once you have locked up house and got cars out we ask if you could please put keys in the house letterbox. Other things to note Just so you know we do have security cameras on the exterior of the house. Pleased be rensured that the cameras are only seen by our security company. They are purely for Insurance and Security purposes.
