Kitchen has all mod cons, with condiments and herbs in garden. Free parking , close to Fremantle, cappuccino strip, 50 metres to bus stop for city circle route to Fremantle and Murdoch train lines. 5 mins from South Beach parkrun The space Live inside or out, lay on pool mattress , sit at bar and chat whilst cooking dinner on the gas bbq or maybe pizza oven. Large family/dining kitchen area leading on to outdoor entertainment areas , outdoor table seats 8, outdoor sofa, outdoor tv, loads of chairs , two sunbeds, the perfect place to relax. Please note facilties are for paying guests only. Separate lounge room at front of house to escape Three way bathroom with an extra large shower and bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and very comfortable beds. Everything is provided , condiments,rice cooker, sushi maker, pie maker, bread maker, ice cream maker and herbs in the garden. Guest access Parking for two cars on driveway , street parking also available. Other things to note Due to past guests leaving BBQ & Oven filthy a fee of $150 will be charged if not cleaned properly after use, cleaning products provided. Guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult, no diving , or splashing No glass in pool area, plastic glasses provided. The house and pool area are for staying paid guests only .
