The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive wellness area with its own sauna and quiet area extend over 450 square meters over three floors. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house to the south-west, overlooking the estate park. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room. The space Just like in the old days, you enter the house into a large, traditional entrance hall with a historic natural stone pavement, a large fireplace and a separate wardrobe. Behind the entrance hall is the fully equipped country house kitchen - a custom-made kitchen with a large French Le Gas stove and two ovens. The kitchen is equipped for maximum functionality, with two sinks, wine refrigerator, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen appliances. At the kitchen island, you can also cook and chat in a large group. The open breakfast room with a large dining table for 8-10 people is adjacent to the kitchen. A massive antique country house buffet ensures a cozy atmosphere and holds large soup and serving bowls. There is also a CD player with a selection of music. From both the kitchen and the breakfast room you can reach the west side of the terrace. Here is the banquet table for up to 20 people - in summer a wonderful place to celebrate. A small staircase leads to a small garden with fruit trees and herb beds – help yourself! The southern part of the house is entirely dedicated to living and relaxing. The living room can be reached from both the entrance hall and the kitchen. A large, cast-iron fireplace forms the heart of the room, around which are cozy sofas and deep armchairs. There is also a second, large dining table for 8-10 people. From the living room, you enter the south side of the terrace with a panoramic view of the extensive estate park. Here is a small, round coffee table for 5 people and some sun loungers. Relax here especially in the afternoon! In the basement of the house there is a wellness oasis in a class of its own: with a large sauna and relaxation room. You will also find a small kitchenette, two more toilets, showers, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A double bed in the relaxation room can be used for 2 more people if needed. Upstairs are four of the five bedrooms. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.
