The space WUSAAQ houses the following 5 rooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, in total. Each of these may be rented individually or the Bungalow as a whole. The heart of WUSAAQ lies in the sun dappled courtyard where you can enjoy your meals alfresco under a canopy of fruit trees of birdsong. Spend your evenings around the courtyard fireplace or unwinding at the bar listening to a vintage LP. Mid-century furniture blended with a personal art collection combine to create a warm and relaxing riad. Guest access WUSAAQ is home - so, guests can enjoy its various elements; multi-level terraces for sun bathing or dining (limited only for guests staying in our master suite), courtyard for alfresco dining, bar (Gul e Wafa) for unwinding and listening to music, working space (Gulab) to catch up on some office work, art lounge to relax and watch a movie or the gorgeous veranda to sip a cup of tea while watching the sunset. Other things to note In order to ensure the privacy of our guests, we have a “no photography” policy on the property - in specific of fellow guests, home staff and management. WUSAAQ is an adult only property. No children (under 18 years of age) allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas - courtyard, alleys, veranda, patio and terraces. STRICTLY NO smoking allowed indoors. In order to preserve the calming atmosphere of WUSAAQ, loud music and partying (unless preplanned with WUSAAQ management’s approval) is discouraged. We take the security of our guests very seriously therefore the property has extensive system of security cameras installed. We also have special arrangements with a leading security firm for responding to any extra-ordinary security breach/emergency. Guest visitors NOT permitted. Exceptions may be allowed, in special cases, provided visitor ID details, prior intimation and consent of host has been obtained. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms and must remain restricted to courtyard area only. Breakfast timings: Weekdays 7:00am - 10:00am Weekends 7:00am - 11:00am COVID-19 compliant SOPs are strictly in place at WUSAAQ and some of these are highlighted below: 1. WUSAAQ is NOT a commercial hotel/restaurant. Hence, no walk-ins accepted/allowed. This minimises risk of large gatherings and associated spread of infections. 2. It has strong security and safety measures/systems (cctv cameras, external security services, alarm systems, metal scanner, fire extinguishers, first aid kits etc) are in place for guests safety. 3. WUSAAQ has 5 guest rooms (3 executive rooms, 1 junior suite and 1 master suite) with private en-suite bathrooms and several distinctly separated common spaces for guests to enjoy. 4. The property does NOT have central air conditioning or heating hence minimising chances of spread of infections. 5. In order to maintain safe distancing, we do not offer room service. 6. COVID-19 safety baskets* are provided in all the guest rooms and common guest areas of the property. (*comprising disposable - face masks, gloves, sanitizers, alcohol swabs, tissue papers etc) are available on request. 7. WUSAAQ has ample outdoor spaces (courtyard, verandas, alleys and terraces) for guests to enjoy - this allows for privacy and safe distancing of all guests. 8. It is manned by minimal staff - all of who follow strict COVID-19 guidelines (social distancing, daily hygiene etc).
