Waking up among the clouds in a sprawling luxurious bungalow, nestled amidst the mountains and valleys, with cool breeze and breathtaking view is like living in a dream. A magnificent living space with an aesthetic decor, a balcony adorned by beautiful plants, lush green lawn and party area beckons you. Early morning hot tea to the tune of chirping birds marks a delightful start to your day! The space A welcoming living space with an indoor baby pool (subject to availability) and an artistic ambience awaits you. The entire bungalow is surrounded by greenery and plants ranging flowers. A huge family feasting table accommodating 12 adults comfortably. Every bedroom is well-furnished and comes with an adjacent balcony, separate washroom, walk-in wardrobe and a study table. The rooms are adorned with picturesque paintings that will keep you mesmerized. The second floor encompassing 4 bedrooms has a living space area with neat coffee table and a comfy sofa-set. Guest access Guests can access the whole bungalow inclusive of a beautiful terrace-garden (potted plants) and a barbecue area in the lawn area downstairs. There is lawn area for kids to play small sports. Originally our listing states that check in time is 2 pm and check out 12 noon. But due to pandemic, Airbnb has asked hosts to take extra efforts to clean up the place and keep a gap of three hours between previous check out and next check in. Therefore request Guests to check in after 2.30 pm and check out before 11.30 am. Other things to note As long as the guests can maintain a good demeanor which won't impact the neighbors, this is a place which will get to make the most of your holidays while enjoying the warmth of your home! Precautions due to Pandemic: We had kept the place closed from mid March to November 2020. Complete Sanitization of the place done once around September. Current Precautions implemented, after reopening the bookings from December 2020 are as follows: The inhouse staff cleans the entire place, furniture, door handles etc. with Sodium Hypochlorite based water before the arrival of guests. On arrival, all guests are requested to wash their hands and feet with Dettol soap in the wash room near the parking area. Use sanitizer kept near the main entrance of the bungalow before their entry. If for any reason the guests step out of the main gate of the bungalow during the stay, we request to repeat this process every time they again enter the main door of the bungalow. After check out, the inhouse staff cleans the entire place, furniture, door handles etc. with Sodium Hypochlorite based water and lock all the rooms. incase if there is power failure from the MSEB we are not liable for any deduction and damages from the geust. This type of situation is not in our hands and we won't be liable for any deduction from Airbnb or the guests if they claim. please take note.
