Ideal for 2 guests. Our "Gardenhouse" is located in the historic center of Sarzana, a popular Ligurian town on the border with Tuscany. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. Therefore, we can offer our guests a small but modern and cozy ambiance with a garden and fascinating views of the nearby fortress "Firmafede." Enjoy pleasant hours in the bars and restaurants on Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza Matteotti. The space The short path leading to your house, surrounded by flower beds, ensures privacy and some enchantment too: you will benefit from an independent access to the property with your own keys. Our garden, the old trees ensure a relaxing atmosphere. The sleeping area includes a spacious and bright room with a double bed that has direct access to the modernly furnished bathroom inclusive of a WC and a bidet, a shower, a sink, one hairdryer and a dryer. The living area includes a small room with a sofa bed, a closet with a small wardrobe, a fully equipped Open Space Kitchen (free coffee & tea) with a washing machine and a dishwasher, that has direct access to the outdoor terrace with pergola. The terrace is equipped with 1 dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, 1 beach umbrella, and outdoor lighting. Wi-Fi: The whole apartment has free wi-fi that all guests can enjoy. Air Conditioning: All rooms are equipped with a hot and cold air conditioning system. LED TV: The apartment comes with 2 led tv and an audio system. All rooms come with mosquito nets. Reach the center in few steps; there is always something happening in the alleys of this old historical town: here you will find many antique shops and art boutiques too.
