A charming comfy room is waiting for you in a green, safe, residential area called Ponte Milvio ( where the ‘movida’ is ) close to Olympic Stadium, Foro Italico, Auditorium Parco della Musica,Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Comfortable double bed Bathroom shared only with me Fast Wi-Fi Center is reachable by public transport# 32 straight to Vatican City or #2 The space The city center is easily reachable by public transport, and if you enjoy walking, the Tiber riverside is just around the corner. Perfect for events, work, or simply enjoying Rome without stress. Gaia's place is 800m to PONTE MILVIO, the ancient walking bridge in Rome 4.5km away from the historic center. Bus 301 and bus 32 take you to the historic centre. The apt. on the second floor of a lovely small building of the seventies, with elevator. Parking is quite easy and free. The lovely bedroom(20m2) recently renovated (May 2021), has a brand queen new memory mattress(160x190), Egyptian 100% cotton sheets are used for my guests. Also quality fluffy towels are given. In the room there is a big mirrored closet with wooden hangers, Air Conditioning ,the spacious bathroom is bright spotless. Living room is a common area. You may sit outside in the balcony , enjoy the breeze, relax, is allow to smoke. Pick up and drop off at the airport or station is given upon request. Ponte Milvio is a great and safe area where you can stroll at night. From there, you can reach Foreign Affairs Ministery, Stadio Olimpico, Tennis Tournament, CONI, Stadio del Nuoto, Stadio dei Marmi. In the area there are supermarket, bars, pizzerias. Don't miss the aperitivo in Ponte Milvio around 7pm, Aperol Spritz is a must or the famous tiramisu from Pompi... !!! Here is where "movida" romana is!!!! There are many good restaurants and pizzerias. I will always be here to help you out and happy to do so.. There is also a Nespresso machine for great coffee. You can eat prepared food if you feel like it in the dining area or in the terrace, please leaving things washed, cleaned and dried in the same place you found them. Cooking is NOT allowed. Being a quite street is easy and free to park if you came. During your stay I will always be available for informations tips, place to go and how to get there. I will do my best to make your staying in my house and in Rome unforgettable. Other things to note In the apt no shoes please.
