It's a 1st floor apartment in Polana Cimento neighborhood at Julius Nyerere Avenue. The area is good with an easy access and good facilities. A 3 bedrooms apartment where one is available for rent and the others are where the residents recover the energies with a living room where is also the dinning room attached to a nice varanda directed to the sea what is a good excuse to not have an ac in the house. A maid comes three times per week to keep the apartment cleaned and comfortable except on the weekends. Guests can use each space of the apartment except the 2 others private bedrooms. We are easy going people who like to talk and have fun as well. We really enjoy arts & cultural events so get ready to be invited by us to go out to some live music concerts, exhibitions, theatre shows, etc... Ps* Don't worry we give you some space🤣 The apartment stays in a good area with many facilities supermarkets, restaurants, bars, 5* hotels, embassies, spa, schools, gym and it's 15 minutes by foot to the Hospital Central. For running lovers there is a mirradouro about 5 minutes by foot with hypnotised view to the sea if you like long walks you can reach the beach. The area provides all type of public transports to take you wherever you want since taxis 24/7, three-wheeler vehicles known as txopelas, buses, coaster buses & mini bus called chapas. Everybody is free to cook whatever wants. In case you choose not to spend time preparing your own meals, you can eat the daily meals provided by one of the residents. A contribution fee is charged which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (except weekends it’s a free day). It’s up to you. Yes, mi casa su casa!
