Studio apartment

My place is good for: couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) and small groups (4 people). The space The apartment is spacious, bright and very cozy with all amenities. It is located in the city center (on Saburtalo, near the City Hall), on the last floor of a 16-storey building, conveniently located next to the house are a beauty salon, bank, pharmacy; on the first floor of the house there are two supermarkets. Parking is in front of the building. Guest access The apartment consists of a spacious hallway, a bedroom with a double bed, a studio living room (modern kitchen with all the appliances), a bathroom (shower cabin) and a large veranda with a beautiful view of the city (during the day, when the sky is clear, you can see Mt. Mkinvari - Kazbek, and in the evening a beautiful panorama of the night city). Other things to note Due to Coronavirus disease my apartment is cleaned and disinfected. Tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, phones, tablets, touch screens, remote controls, keyboards, handles, desks, toilets, sinks are disinfected after every booking. The apartment is provided with shoe covers, antibacterial soap and sanitizer. Moreover, the apartment is located on the last floor, it is more isolated (there is no other neighbor on the last floor). It has a large balcony stretched through the whole apartment and it provides perfect ventilating.
