The Forest Gem is perfect for couples, Business people, and families.Great for Athletes, whether you are looking for a base to train or participating in one of Subic’s Triathlon or Ironman events. Fantastic if you yearn for peace and quiet alongside nature. This unit is on the third floor, with wonderful views of the immediate rain forest, and the distant bay area. The whole building is quiet except for the peaceful sounds of nature. The space Designed to be a home from home, with a rustic country cottage feeling. The unit is in a building originally erected by the American forces. Please remember it is an old building and you will have to climb the stairs. Parking is adjacent to the building. Forest Gem is made up of two adjoining rooms. Both rooms have an AC unit. Each room has an exterior door leading outside to the shared balcony space and lovely views. The bedroom consists of one double bed and two singles, also in this room you have a Sony tv with connected apple Box providing Netflix. All running smoothly on Pldt’s High speed FIBR Internet. In the adjoining room you will find the Kitchen area with twin burner electric stove, basic pots, pans and utensils. We provide a small rice cooker (large on request). The bathroom has a curtained shower area, that also leads down a short hallway to the toilet with bidet. Guest access The Forest Gem is the Hosts personal Family and Friends Guest space, We want you to be comfortable so we provide some basic foodstuffs, toiletries etc. These are for your exclusive use and we ask that any excess to requirements be left for our next guests. We do have some personal items in the unit on display and also stored in a locked cabinet. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Many residents choose to live here because it is simply so peaceful living alongside nature, we work hard to try and preserve this peace. Please note also that pets are not allowed in the premises. Places to visit: *ACEA Subic Bay is 1.9 km from Forest Gem and less than 5 min drive or approx 15 to 20 min walk. *All Hands Beach is only 4 km away or a 5 min drive. *Treetop Adventure, Kawayan Kitchen, Jest Camp and Magul Bird Park, less than 1 km or 15 min walk. *Camayan Beach, Ocean Adventure, and Zoobic Zafari are approx 10 km away and less than a 20 min drive.
