Welcome to The Pines of Apple Valley. We have 31 Resort Units, located next to the Apple Valley Golf Course. Our units have either: Six twin beds, two in each of the three bedrooms or, Two King Bedrooms and one 2 Twin Bedroom, Two full bathrooms, A fully equipped kitchen, Large living room with a 50" Roku Smart TV, 125 Cable Channels, 100mb WiFi, and private deck. Apple Valley Guest Passes are available, to use the Indoor and Outdoor Pool and Beaches. (small fee) Our Condominium units are set up for Golfers and for Families. Please note your bed preference when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you. Each unit has: two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large 50: flat panel smart TV, WiFi, and a gas fireplace. Each unit also has its own deck. We have charcoal park grills for your use located throughout the grounds. Basketball hoop, volleyball court and children's playground, and two bocce ball courts. Quiet park like setting. Walking paths, grassy areas. Units are spaced out around several acres.
