Bright Quiet Room. Your own Open-Bathtub and WC

Bright and quiet private room (that you can lock with key) in our apartment. Inside your room: open bathtub and WC. 12m2 - A former attic w/ skylight, partly low ceiling, so may not be suitable if you are tall. 4th floor - No lift - Narrow staircase. Just a few minutes walk to Louvre museum/ Palais Royal Gardens/ Tuileries/Pont des Arts. Neighbourhood is safe, central and lively. Very convenient, ave de l'Opéra, with many public transportations: metros + buses. Roissy bus to CDG airport. The space Please take your time to fully read the descriptions. The room is small 13m2. Quiet and Bright w/ Skylight - you can open. Guests tell us they love our convenient neighbourhood, and the calm/quiet bright space. But NOT having a lift and with narrow staircase and partly low ceilings are not for everyone. If you are tall, hate claiming stairs (4 Floors) and love to shower/don't like bath - this space is not for you. Inside the room, you have: - Open Bathtub with shower head - WC - Desk and chair - Single bed (90 x 190 cm) - Refrigerator - Hot water kettle - Toaster - Plate/knife/fork/spoon/cup - Hair dryer - Fresh towels, blanket and beddings will be provided. We only share the entrance. We stay in the other side of the apartment. Guest access We only share the entrance of the apartment. No access to the kitchen. We live in the other side of the flat. You will have 3 keys : 1. To open the building door 2. To lock your room 3. Our apartment front door Other things to note No over night guest. No smoking in the room.
