Comfortable apartment, fully equipped and independent. Pleasant district and numerous transportations. On foot: 30 minutes from the Royal Palace, 10 from the E.U. Two rooms (2X20m2) and a mezzanine (3x6m). Old but clean bathroom (A shower; the sink is small)! 4th floor, no elevator. The space The apartment consists of two rooms, a mezzanine and a bathroom-wc. - On the mezzanine, a double bed. - One of the lower rooms forms the kitchen, the other the living room-office. - In this second room is installed a comfortable mattress when the tenants prefer to sleep separately. - The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a small sink. - I remind you that the apartment is located on the fourth floor, without a lift (but the floors are fortunately not excessively high!). Guest access The accommodation is completely independent. Public transport is numerous and fast to the center, the European Union, the universities. The neighborhood is very pleasant: popular, family-oriented, almost a village.
