The Old Dental Surgery B & B

Matthew & Caroline provide friendly, helpful and professional service. Situated in a secluded, tranquil rural setting and 35 minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The rooms stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. Great woodland walks for dogs from the end of the garden. Dogs are welcome. 7Kw electric vehicle charger available at £10 cash per 5 hour charge. The space The rooms were once the local dental surgery, though we have of course removed the dentists chair! The B&B is separate from the main house, although it shares a private courtyard screened with plants and ornamental trees. Guest access You have your own entrance and access to our large garden which goes down directly to West Bilney woods. We can give you the code for the garden gates to the woods, which is great for walking the dogs and has lots of wildlife. Please ask us for directions. There is also a place to sit out on the lawn adjacent to the rooms. Other things to note Please be aware that there is no proper kitchen in the property, though there are washing up facilities, cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs, a microwave & small fridge. We are very dog friendly. We have many guests bringing their lovely pets. We only ask that they are kept on a lead in the garden as we have our own pets as well :) There is a dog poo bin just outside the entrance door to the b&b, if you could only use that. Thank you.
