BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY AT CODY'S REST PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and those who will stay in the apartment in terms of how many and why you will be visiting the Leavenworth (Kansas) area. 2) If you have been a member of AIRbnb for more than five years and have no reviews, I will decline your request to stay at Cody's Rest. Thank you for considering Cody's Rest for your stay. It is truly an incredible Victorian Experience. For seven years now I have been hosting guests in Cody's Rest and I have had so much fun sharing this wonderful space with other people! It is truly a unique experience and more than just a place to stay. Just take a look at the pictures and you will see why. The entire apartment, which has not only three bedrooms, but a formal parlor, a dining room, kitchen and laundry. I have a photography studio on the first floor and am available during business hours which includes Saturdays. I believe it is important to allow my guest their privacy. Cody's Rest is located in the heart of beautiful and historic downtown Leavenworth. It's two minute walk to restaurants, shops, theater, and even the post office. And after 10 pm it is pretty quiet. Fort Leavenworth is five minutes away. If you are wanting to visit Weston, it is but an 8 mile drive away. High speed internet access is available at no charge. Thermostat is equipped with Amazon Alexa. There is off-street parking behind the building as well as in the City Hall parking lot next to the building. There is a washing machine and dryer for guest to use. In the front parlor there is a big screen television with Netflix available, sorry no cable. If you like to wake up in the morning to a cup of fresh brewed coffee, the coffee maker is in the kitchen.
