Wi-Fi available. Located 5 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, 30 minutes from Laval and less than 1 hour from Angers and Le Mans. Other things to note The accommodation is mainly heated by a pellet stove (living room on the ground floor and 3 of the bedrooms) Pellets are the responsibility of the tenants, €5 per bag.
