Luxury Apartment in a fantastic Location (Apt 2)

This flat in a small, cozy apartment complex is a luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom 3.5-bath apartment. It is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood amidst abundant greenery yet just minutes away from the bustling main street of New BEL Road which is a hotspot for shopping and restaurants/bars. It is well connected to the rest of the city via the outer ring road which is literally a few minutes drive from here. The space The apartment is fully furnished. Has a spacious living room and dining area attached to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with new equipment. All three bedrooms en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have attached balconies. There is one common half-bath. We have a fully vaccinated house help who will come in to clean on a daily basis. Prior to a new guest checking-in we have strict procedures to sanitise the entire house (especially the high touch points like door knobs, switches etc) thoroughly so that your stay can be covid-stress free. Amenities - Fully Equipped Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, dishes - Extra comfortable luxury mattresses in all rooms - Water Purifier for drinking water (no need of spending on water!) - AC Rooms and AC in the living room - TV in living room - Internet / Wireless internet - Modern bathrooms equipped with soap, toilet paper, towels. - Washing Machine - 2 study tables - Iron box - hot water in all bathrooms Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note check-in is post 2pm and checkout at 10 am. You need to check with me at the time of booking if early check -in or late checkout is feasible. If I can accomodate, i definitely will but please do not assume it's feasible always.
