Description
Spend time in a quiet room, with the view of Acacia trees, hills in the distance and bird song. Rooms are warm and clean, if simple. Two double rooms, one larger rooms for four or more beds and a common sitting room. WC and shower are down stairs. Have added a WC upstairs now. There is a small kitchen and dining with view of field outside. Gas cooker to make simple meal and breakfast. We provide the breakfast goodies: fruit, cereal, bread etc The space Experience the atmosphere of old settler farm,with plenty of space. Just off the Nakuru Highway, about a kilometre out of Naivasha. Shopping Mall close by, as well as petrol station, supermarket and fast food shops across the road. The Nakuru highway is part of the Transafrica Highway, joining Mombasa, via Nairobi to Uganda and beyond. It is very busy, and though the farm is quiet, the hum from the road can be heard! Some of the disadvantages of progress! Guest access The beautiful garden in which you can relax and enjoy nature. Unfortunately the farm shop is closed, but on request we can organise sandwiches, pizza and salad. Walk or drive to Lake Naivasha through the farm and enjoy nature. Children can play in playground. Pets are allowed. Microwave, small fridge, cooker and kettle available for warming food and cups of tea or coffee or making your simple meals. We provide the breakfast ingredients and you can make it yourselves at your convenience. Other things to note Larger groups can be housed, at a different rate. Groups of 12 or more, in dorm style. We have a meeting room, and are easily reached from both Nakuru and Nairobi, so a nice half way point.
