Havelock Hideaway | Guest House with Pool

Located near Havelock North's village, Black Barn Winery and borders an olive grove, native reserve & farm land. The area is quiet and peaceful, letting you enjoy the birdsong of tui, bellbirds & other native birds. This guesthouse with ensuite opens onto a courtyard with pool. The space — Guest House - with queen bed and ensuite. TV (with Chrome cast for viewing), mini fridge and kettle/toaster. Tea selection, instant coffee and milk provided. Private access via garden pathway. Recently renovated - a modern, compact and cosy space. — Other things to note - Unlimited WiFi available - Heater provided during colder months, fan provided during hotter months - Street parking on a safe, quiet street - Peaceful setting with an olive grove on the hill behind the home and a native reserve nearby - Iron & ironing board available just inside the main house (in laundry), arrange by contacting hosts — Checking in & out: Because this space is often booked back to back, we state at the time of booking an 11am check out. However, if we can accommodate later check outs we will always do our best to make this work. Afternoon check ins, but again, if we can accommodate earlier check ins we will. — Improvements: To our lovely regulars and returning guests, we used lockdown as a chance to put some more finishing touches on the space, which includes a brand new queen bed, new fridge, a space for putting suitcase/bag (with storage and extra blankets underneath), a hanging rack for clothes and more hooks in the bathroom. Other things to note We are a young family with children at the ages of 7, 5 and 2. While we always aim to live out the other side of our home while we have guests in this guest house, you may hear us or see us from time to time. On hot days, we may use the pool, but are happy to work around guests with this.
