It is a new remodel, industrial, and filled with original art. The backyard is an oasis and a great spot to relax after the beach or a day sightseeing. The space I live upstairs with my three year old Golden Retriever. The space is completely separate from my private home. It is newly finished and everything is brand new, built from scratch. You have a small kitchenette with a micro wave, toaster, blender, Keurig for coffee and tea, and full size refrigerator. There is nice dinning area with an antique table and we have a gas grill outside and lovely patio with lots of space to eat, drink morning coffee or a glass of wine after the beach. Art fills the walls and the decor is very industrial but warm and cozy. You have your own entrance with steps down to the unit incase that is an issue. If you visit when the garden is blooming feel free to take a delicious tomato or other veggies! Guest access The access to the space is though the backyard, which is fenced for Pippi. We ask guests be sure to close the gate to keep the kid in! You have a private entrance to the space. You are welcome to use the backyard.
