Introducing Elmyra Villa The most significant advantage of Villa Elmyra is the fact that it is conveniently located within walking distance (200- 300 meters) from a variety of shops that will cover all your daily needs, such as bakery, pastry shop cafes, taverns, supermarket, pharmacy, grocery store and more! Το make things even better, a sandy, picturesque beach that is ready to welcome you in it’s crystal-clear blue waters can be found just 600 meters away from the Villa, so you can enjoy a car free holiday! Additionally, the Villa is also just a short drive (approximately 15 minutes) away from Rethymno town and its long sandy beach, ideal for relaxation and shopping! A bus stop is also located outside the villa with frequent itineraries every one hour. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 25°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 35€/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain, the pool heating shall not operate. The pool also features a pool cover.
