The space Como Sweet Como Apartment is a newly renovated penthouse of 1,600 sq.ft (150 mq) and it is an ideal holiday home for a big family or a group of friends. It has three double bedrooms with large wardrobe and little balcony each; living room with an extra sofa bed; bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath, fully equipped kitchen which leads to a sunny south-facing little terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and the city of Como; dining and a laundry room. You will find all the comforts of a real home from home such as bed linen, towels, a new plasma TV, free wifi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, balconies in each rooms, a big shower, huge bathtub, two baby beds, two highchairs and toys for all ages, washing machine, dryer machine. You do not need a car to visit the city because the property is located in the historic city center. However a private, secure parking place near the apartment is included in the price. Having parking in town is a great perk because in Como parking spaces are rare and expensive. Guest access You shall arrive between 3 pm and 8 pm and leave before 10 am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Other things to note In the building there is a new lift until the third floor. The apartment does have only one unfortunate detail : the spiral staircase from the third floor to the fourth floor.
