Located 250 m from the Grande Plage, this small townhouse, facing East-South-West, is equipped for 5 people. It includes: Enclosed garden with terrace, BBQ, garden furniture and parking space. On the ground floor: - kitchen - living room with sitting area - bathroom with large shower - Separate toilet Upstairs, two large bedrooms - 1 with queen size bed (160 x 200), small desk and sink - 220 x 240 duvet - 1 with 3 beds of 80 x 190 and a small desk - 3 duvets of 140 x 190 The space The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all the dishes necessary for your stay. Beds are fitted with mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors, duvets, blankets and bedspreads. You must bring your bed linen, tea towels and towels. Internet access is available for your use. The speed may be slow in the busy season due to a large population (population multiplied by 10 in July-August). A BBQ, garden furniture and some armchairs allow you to enjoy the beautiful days. Private parking space available in the courtyard. Guest access This house is part of a set of 4 small similar but independent houses; each has its own enclosed garden and entrance.
