Unit #135: Welcome to this cozy downstairs two bedroom, two bath condominium (sleeps up to 6 people). It's updated mountain modern feel will make you fall in love right away! Living Room: The living room offers a variety of entertainment options: flat screen TV, DVD Player, CD Player, board games and a PlayStation 2. Cuddle up next to the gorgeous wood-burning stove after a long day of adventures Dining area: A spacious table will comfortably sit 6, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. Kitchen: The spacious kitchen will be a perfect place for cooking up a feast. It is fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils. The unit has a regular drip coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom hosts a large king size bed with a private flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached to the master bedroom. The second bedroom hosts a queen and twin bed, also with a private flat screen TV. The sleeper sofa in the living room also offers an option for everyone. Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits. An electronic registration form is emailed to you separately. Once completed, guests are sent a four-digit code to use for entry to the condo. Parking permit(s) are placed in the unit prior to arrival. A map and instructions for the lock are included in key-code email. Check-in time is 4 pm. Please do not enter the condo prior to this without calling the front desk first. Seasons 4 office and team are on site to help with any needs during your stay. The main office is open 7 days a week Monday & Tuesday: 9 am to 5 pm (game room and recreation area remains open until 10:30 pm) Wednesday-Sunday: 9 am to 10:30 pm On-call manager is available for after hour emergencies Canyon Lodge/Game Room/Pool Seasons 4 is located on the Blue line shuttle route with 4 stops in front of the condos. 2 vehicles allowed (permit parking only) There are no designated parking spots. Parking is assured on the property. Additional vehicles must be approved, no guarantees. *Firewood and kindling provided upon availability*
