A relaxing & rustic Brighton apartment with balcony and work study located 25 minutes walk to the City centre of Brighton ( sat on a cul-de-sac) on a quiet road. 30 min walk to the beach. Free parking, 19 minute walk from flat. Close to high street with a selection of cafe's, shops and deli's. Flexible check-in Available. Key provided so you can come and go as you please. The space This apartment is ideal for couples looking for a chilled weekend away to Brighton. The flat is very close to Brighton centre and has an array of shops, restaurants, pubs & garden terraces. The flat decor is inspired by my time in Spain, with a European theme to it. Guest access Access to the entire apartment to yourselves, which includes; front room, master bedroom and bathroom. You will also have use of a separate study room with study table and wifi booster. There is also access to a small balcony of which you can use within the study room. The kitchen has all the appliances necessary to make and prepare food and drinks. There is also basic cooking amenities such as as oils, cutlery and a coffee maker. Other things to note There are plenty of roads close to mine (19 min walk) that offer free parking where I have kept my vehicle. it's always been safe, with no issues. You can also park at the end of the road on weekends as there is a disused car-park at the bottom of the road, which is a warehouse. Important to note: please don't leave rubbish bags on the doorstep as seagulls and foxes can attack if they suspect food to be left in there, which can create quite a mess on the road. The main bins are at the top of the road to the right if ever needed.
