Nivaant @ Vicharays, Chaul, Alibag

We built this farmhouse as a Get away from the city and aptly named it 'Nivaant' meaning Leisure. This place lives up to its name and we are sure that you will love it. It is located in Chaul which is 17 kms ahead of Alibag on the way to Murud. The house is located amidst a coconut and supari plantation. The house comprises of a Living Room, kitchen and a bedroom in addition to Front patio and Terrace. This place is ideal for friends or two/three families looking to spend quality time together. The space Nivaant is situated in the village of Chaul, near Bhagwati Mandir, 17 kms ahead of Alibag towards Murud. The farm house is built on a coconut and supari plantation which spans over 30 Gunthas. The farm house is tastefully designed and has a spacious living room, kitchen, one bedroom which can host upto 7 guests. There is one double bed in the bedroom, a sofa cum bed in the common area and a divan in the living room. In addition floor mattresses can also be provided, if required. Authentic home made coastal cuisine can be provided by the caretaker on prior intimation at a nominal charge. Though its pretty cool due to the vegetation around, air conditioning has still been provided on the property for your comfort. We would however recommend to minimise its usage and enjoy the natural weather. The property has two washrooms with western WCs basin and geyser. Guests are expected to get their own towels and personal toiletries. The patio in the front of the house has a swing and ample seating for enjoying your morning cup of tea. The terrace makes a perfect place for spending your evenings with your near and dear ones for coffee, conversations and more. The property has been fitted with an inverter with a power back up of 5 to 6 hrs (depending on usage) to avoid inconvinience to guest during power outages. Guest access The guests would have access to the entire farm house. Guests can park upto 02 vehicles in the driveway inside the gates. The guests can also have access to the plantation. Other things to note Clean Water from the well is available on the property. Guests may get their own potable water, if deemed necessary. Mineral water is also available with the caretaker on payment. We have closed the kitchen as we had some bad experiences so cooking facilities is not available to the guests Notwithstanding, the caretaker provides local mouth watering delicacies on order.
