Welcome to our bright, historic home just steps away from two college campuses and Northfield's bustling downtown. There's plenty of room in this recently renovated, five-bedroom, 100-year-old American foursquare for you and your friends or family. The space On the first floor you'll find a screened-in front porch, living and dining rooms, an enormous kitchen with an island and beverage fridge, and a small playroom for kids leading to a half bath. You're welcome to make full use of the kitchen, including (if you like) cooking fresh eggs from our chickens! On the second floor are four bedrooms and a laundry room, plus a full bathroom with separate sink and toilet/shower spaces. We turned the attic into an enormous owner’s suite with a full bath. There’s even an espresso machine so you don’t have to go all the way down to the kitchen to grab your morning coffee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including the garage and fire pit. Other things to note If you're visiting in the winter, you'll appreciate the in-floor radiant heat in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you're visiting in the summer, carve out some time to enjoy the park right next to our house, which has a great playstructure for kids and a unique musical playground.
