Pricing When you book, please specify the exact number of people. We offer a premium service perfectly suited to the number of people we need to host. The rooms are king-size rooms originally intended for couples. For groups of 2 to 4 people, we offer the 2 main rooms with a view. We open the other rooms in groups of 2 additional people. If you would like individual rooms, we kindly ask you to specify this before booking so that we can adapt our rate and service. Availability You can book at any time. We ensure a perfect sync of our calendar on all booking platforms. We rent mainly by week from Saturday to Saturday. We accept rentals for weekends or extended weekends under certain conditions to be defined together. Detailed description The ground floor brings together an open set of 100 m2 with living room, terrace, kitchen and pool. A glass partition separates the living room from the swimming pool so as to have a view of the sea and garden. The 30 m2 living room is composed of a large dining room for 12 people and an upscale open kitchen separated from the dining area by a standing meal. A separate toilet is located near stairs. The pool is heated to 27°C, eco-friendly and without chlorine odor following a natural electrolysis treatment with chlorine salt. The pool is 5m by 3.25m and 1.5m deep with a 70cm corner mini beach for toddlers and 4 steps to get into the water. The pool at the sea view and is separated from the living room by a glass wall. So, from the stay, you can observe the movements around it. The pool has a rest area with long seating to read and ensure the supervision of small children during swimming. For adults, the pool beach is equipped with a lounge bar. Pool security is provided by a locked access door using the villa's main key. The first floor consists of a reading room of 35 m2 with large panoramic sea view of 5m60, a dining area with extra kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king size bed and garden view, a large Italian shower room with towel dryer and a separate toilet. The second floor is composed of 2 bedrooms with king size bed, sea view or garden view, a large walk-in shower room and a separate toilet. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms with king size beds and garden view, 1 large Italian shower room with towel dryer , a separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a storage area. Outside, you will find a wooden terrace of 20 m2 directly accessible from the main living room or by a staircase overlooking the garden. The garden of 600 m2 is enclosed and out of sight. You have at your disposal a car park to safely park 4 to 5 vehicles. The villa is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a demanding clientele.
