I welcome you to my studio, which I rent from time to time when I am away. :) There is a laundromat on the ground floor of the building and access is secured with a code at the gate and a badge at the main door. Within 50 meters there is a casino, tobacco shop, bakery and restaurant/fast food. The metro is less than 500 meters away, as well as several bus lines to get you anywhere in Lyon.
