Escape the city and enjoy a peaceful getaway in this cozy open space apartment for up to 6 guests, on a historic farm with a swimming pool. Surrounded by nature and animals, it’s perfect for couples, families, or remote workers. Kids can explore outdoors while adults relax or work. Ideally located between Lisbon and Sintra, it’s the perfect base to explore both the city and the coast, while returning each day to fresh air and tranquility. The space This open space apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a compact bathroom. The living room and kitchen overlook a charming courtyard through large windows. The living room includes a sofa bed for two and a set of bunk beds, with the option to add an extra single bed—accommodating up to 6, maximum 7 guests. For chilly days, enjoy the warmth and charm of the salamandra (wood stove). Guest access You’re welcome to enjoy the swimming pool and take relaxing walks in the garden and nearby woods. Kids will love playing and exploring in nature! If you’d like to use the yoga and dance studio, just let Rita ou Yara know and book ahead. We also have a shared laundry space you’re free to use anytime. Other things to note Municipal Tourist Tax: Guests aged 13 and older are required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for up to three consecutive nights. Please pay this tax in cash during your stay. More info on CMSintra website. CHILDREN If needed, we may have seats, toys, or books available for your children—just ask! ANIMALS If you’re bringing dogs, please keep in mind that there are other animals and children on the farm. Dogs can be off-leash only if they are very calm and well-behaved around people and the environment. Please do not feed the horses, but feel free to feed the chickens! We’re happy to provide more details if you’d like to join in. BUSINESS AROUND Bakery: Casinha do Pão You can buy fresh bread every day from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, except Sundays. It's just a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets: The closest supermarket, Auchan, is just 600 meters away. Aldi, Intermarché, and a Chinese shop are about 1.5 km from the farm. Restaurants: Mar e Terra restaurant is 300 meters away, and Boina Verde restaurant is 600 meters from the farm.
