The Sunset House is located on the East side of Hwy 1 in a quiet and safe neighborhood . It is super clean and comfortable and ready to be your home away from home! It’s close enough to the beach if you want to walk...Say 15 minutes and you’ll be at the beautiful Morro Bay Rock. We have a beach wagon in the garage to help you take all your supplies!! Along with Bikes, toys, and beach towels. Get ready to relax and enjoy Morro Bay!! This is a two story house with the living area, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom and bath upstairs. Downstairs (on the main level) are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. And a two car garage with a washer and dryer. We also have a driveway large enough to park three or fours cars, so parking is never a problem. In the house you’ll have soap and shampoo, plenty of toilet paper and towels. A fully stocked kitchen. A standard drip coffee machine with filters and coffee in the cabinet above. There’s a coffee press in the cabinet as well. And lots of beach supplies in the garage that people might not want to pack. I am always thinking about how I can make my house more comfortable for my guests and welcome any suggestions you might have :) Guests will have the entire house to themselves. You will have access to all the beach supplies in the garage. There are bikes, boogie board, beach towels, baby stroller, beach wagon and beach toys. There are a couple of hammocks to relax on in the backyard. We also have charter Internet service and Roku for watching Disney and Prime Video. Or you can easily log into your own account I will text my guests on the morning of their arrival to give them the 4 digit code to unlock the bolt on the front door. They will never have to worry about keeping track of a key while they're staying in our house. Instructions on how to lock the door when leaving are on the inside of the front door. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with both apartments and houses. We are the only vacation rental and the neighbors really want us to follow the quiet ordinance at 10pm. I don't blame them, being that they have jobs and need to sleep. The binder in the kitchen has information about things to do and places to eat to fully enjoy your stay. The best way to get around the central coast is to drive your own car. I'm sure Morro Bay has uber drivers if you don't want to drive. There are also bikes in the garage that will take you where you want to go. :) And during the summer months, there’s a cute red trolly that stops close by (main st) and takes you to the embarcadero and other places for a couple bucks. It’s fun to ride!! The map and schedule for the trolly is on the refrigerator during the summer months. Along with Roku, we have a DVD player with a variety of movies for you to enjoy on your downtime. You'll also find books throughout the house, and there are several games in one of the cupboards in the kitchen. There is so much to do and see along the central coast, and you'll find that information in the flamingo binder on the kitchen counter.
